Carla joined her husband's practice as Office Manager on a full time basis in 1995.
She began her medical career immediately after college graduation when she accepted a position in an internal medicine practice. The doctor was just beginning his private practice career, and the two of them opened the doors to the first patient in 1976. Carla remained with this practice for eleven years, at which time she "retired" to the quiet, peaceful and unhurried life of a stay-at-home mom! The following years were filled with Little League, youth basketball, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, volleyball, track, band, and a nationally-recognized jump rope team, for which she was the assistant coach and treasurer. Carla enjoys playing wallyball and reading. As office manager, she efficiently attends to the voluminous amount of data associated with patient records, recall, appointment scheduling, billing, insurance, and general record keeping.
